Cabinet Maker / Carpenter – High-End Custom Joinery | $40–$45 / hr + Bonuses | South Adelaide

Join a premium design-focused builder delivering bespoke cabinetry for luxury residential and commercial projects. This is a long-term, hands-on role with clear career growth into workshop leadership.

About the Role

Work directly with the company's senior cabinet maker (25+ years' experience) as 2IC, helping lead production in a fully equipped cabinetry workshop. Your day-to-day will include :

  • Fabricating custom kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and furniture
  • Interpreting technical drawings and client briefs
  • Operating woodworking machinery (edge banders, routers, saws – no CNC required)
  • Assisting with residential, commercial, and retail fitout projects
  • Performing light site work and carpentry as needed
  • Supporting material ordering and occasional client liaison

What You'll Need

Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Carpentry3+ years of experience in custom joinery or cabinetryProven ability to read and work from detailed drawingsSkilled with woodworking tools and machinesReliable, adaptable, and eager to grow into a leadership role
