  • This role involves providing daily care and activities to clients, including personal hygiene, mobility, eating & drinking, and social support.
About the Role

We are seeking Personal Care Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each resident receives safe and respectful care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks, and assisting with mealtime routines.
  • Supporting residents with social and recreational activities, such as hobbies, outings, and entertainment.
  • Documenting resident care plans, progress notes, and daily charts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same).
  • Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
  • Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
