Personal Care Associate

We are seeking Personal Care Workers to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and quality of life of our residents by providing safe and individualized care in accordance with their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Assist with continence care and mobility support;
- Administer medication and perform basic dressings and wound care;
- Support social and recreational activities for residents;
- Perform domestic duties such as cleaning and serving meals;
- Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same);
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients;
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain);
- Passion for delivering person-centered care;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
