Job Overview

This role supports the execution of performance testing and quality assurance initiatives for SAP platforms in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test cases aligned with project requirements and timelines.
  • Lead SAP testing efforts across various development stages, including Dev, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
  • Coordinate testing with third-party vendors and collaborate with business stakeholders.
  • Utilize ALM for test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Identify and resolve test dependencies and quality issues.
  • Become a strategic partner to develop and document short- and long-term strategies to address performance and quality.
  • Drive system technical test architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Support the Test Manager and provide stand-in capability when required.
  • Ensure all test artefacts are recorded for KPI tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Explore opportunities for automation integration and efficiency gains.
Required Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP testing across multiple projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in large, complex environments with medium to large teams.
  • Strong expertise in ALM and LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and testing cycles.
  • Experience in defect tracking and resolution planning.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and delivering test strategies and plans.
  • Familiarity with Microfocus ALM, JIRA, TestRail, MTM, XRAY.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, XP).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel to client locations if required.
  • NV1 AGSVA clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Active or eligible for NV1 AGSVA clearance.
