At NCS Australia, we are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to ensure the quality of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role involves translating client needs into robust test scenarios, developing and executing test plans, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues.

Job Description

We require an experienced Test Analyst who can effectively manage the testing process for SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, confidentiality, and SAP Payroll testing.

Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive test cases
  • Validate payroll processes
  • Identify defects and report findings clearly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Test Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Payroll modules
  • Strong expertise in testing SAP Payroll processes
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality
