About the client

Our client is a global consultancy delivering enterprise SAP solutions across highly integrated landscapes. This role supports performance testing and quality assurance for SAP platforms in complex environments.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Performance Tester with strong LoadRunner and ALM expertise. You'll be responsible for test strategy, execution, and defect management across SAP modules, supporting both BAU and new implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test cases aligned with project requirements and timelines.
  • Lead SAP testing efforts across Dev, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
  • Coordinate testing with third-party vendors and support business SMEs.
  • Use ALM for test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Identify and resolve test dependencies and quality issues.
  • Build and document short- and long-term strategies to address performance and quality.
  • Drive system technical test architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Support the Test Manager and provide stand-in capability when required.
  • Ensure all test artefacts are recorded for KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Seek opportunities for automation integration and efficiency gains.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years in SAP testing across multiple projects.
  • 2+ years in large, complex environments with medium to large teams.
  • Strong experience with ALM and LoadRunner.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules and testing cycles.
  • Experience in defect tracking and resolution planning.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and delivering test strategies and plans.
  • Familiarity with Microfocus ALM, JIRA, TestRail, MTM, XRAY.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, XP).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel to client locations if required.
  • NV1 AGSVA clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Active or eligible for NV1 AGSVA clearance.
What's on offer?

This is a 6-month contract role based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, or Ballarat, commencing 1st September 2025. You'll lead SAP performance testing initiatives in a collaborative, enterprise-scale environment.
