About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing valuable insights into the experiences and progress of the young people in your care.

Requirements
  • A valid Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Availability to work across a full shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.
  • A valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle, enabling you to transport young people to appointments and engage in community activities.
  • An attained or working towards relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc., showcasing a strong foundation in theoretical knowledge and practical application.
  • Experience working with young people/children, either in a professional capacity or through volunteering and community engagement, highlighting a genuine passion for supporting this age group.
  • Experience working in other support work related fields, i.e. disability, mental health, aged care, and childcare, demonstrating adaptability and a transferable skillset.
