We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team

In this key role, you will manage the recruitment process for our office-based staff, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and retain exceptional candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developing effective job descriptions.
  • Posting job openings across various job boards and platforms.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment tracking systems and databases.
  • Communicating promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conducting reference checks as needed.
  • Preparing and extending job offers, including drafting offer letters and facilitating onboarding.
  • Staying informed on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating first-day activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of P&C as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Salary range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
