Job Title

Develop and implement comprehensive solutions that support business growth and financial management.

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, or a related field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on budgeting and forecasting are needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  2. Design, develop, and test EPM solutions for clients.
  3. Ensure the successful execution of implementation plans.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementations.
  5. Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the EPM platform.
  6. Conduct post-migration evaluations to ensure successful delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Prepare, distribute, and present status reports.
  8. Lead status and working meetings.
  9. Communicate changes, risks, actions, issues, and decisions and implement action plans as required.
  10. Hold teams accountable for their commitments and assist in removing project roadblocks.
  11. Identify and champion process improvement opportunities.
  12. Manage customer expectations for deliverables.
  13. Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives and leverage organizational resources to improve efficiency.
  14. Promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
  15. Maintain project documentation and provide feedback for product documentation improvements.
  16. Know and use all key customer resolution tools across all service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns.
  17. Assist and participate in Scoping Requirements meetings.
  18. Assist with preparation of PS SOWs.
  19. Maintain strict confidentiality.
  20. Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed.

Proficiency in Excel, along with strong skills in other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint), and basic computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to answer intermediate-level product questions on various functionalities.
