
Customer Service Account Manager

This is your opportunity to make a significant impact as a contact centre consultant within our dealer services team. You will engage with customers by providing both general and technical support to dealers, performance managers, and business development managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions that deliver appropriate advice and product information to all dealer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage a small portfolio of clients through supporting and maintaining existing accounts, tracking performance and ensuring clients receive the best return on investment.
Requirements

- Previous experience providing technical support in a call centre role.
- Confident communication skills to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
