
Customer Account Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the profitability and growth of the organization by working with high volume large dollar accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take phone calls from Customers and resolve queries
- Identify outstanding accounts, contact customers and stores to investigate reasons for late payments and provide payment options
- Act as a focal point for the Store Network regarding account maintenance and set up
- Update and maintain Account Information on systems and ensure account set up is correct
- Reconciliations and Receipting: Ensure all Key Accounts are reconciled, receive payments and prepare cheques to be banked into company's account
- Teamwork and Leadership: Act as 2IC when required and demonstrate leadership within the team providing training and support to other team members
Requirements:
- Must have good customer service and communication skills – written and verbal
- Must be a team player with good work ethics and proactive mindset
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership within a team environment and lead by example
- Demonstrated ability to relate with customers, stakeholders and fellow employees
- Intermediate excel skills, mathematical and literacy skills
