Job Opportunity

A role for a skilled leader has become available in the North Brisbane area. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a team to deliver person-centered support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work.

The team will work closely with employers to strengthen partnerships that create real opportunities for inclusive employment. This role is all about coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a genuine difference in people's lives.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll play a hands-on role in guiding and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service delivery that meets quality and performance targets. You'll ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

You'll translate program guidelines into compliant service delivery, guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support, and build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable.
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labor market trends.
  • Current Driver's License – essential.
