Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and creating a positive store environment that fosters growth, inclusion, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to ensure team members can progress into their next opportunity.
  • Execute visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
  • Manage stock processes, prioritize tasks, and optimize store operations.
  • Provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing retail teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
