Clinic Leadership Role

This is a high-profile leadership position that requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results.

  • Responsibilities will include leading a team of therapists, overseeing clinic operations and managing KPIs to drive revenue growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Genuine passion for aesthetics, people and business growth
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred)
