Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance for recent graduates with some professional experience to kick-start their career in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day operations and supply coordination across key product areas
  • Help ensure products are delivered on time and in full
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ensuring efficient product movement
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, and R&D, as well as suppliers and customers both locally and overseas
A Day in the Role:
  • Collaborating with supply, planning, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Assisting in supply and demand planning meetings
  • Supporting the improvement of ordering and delivery processes
  • Coordinating with logistics to ensure smooth product flow
  • Helping troubleshoot and resolve delivery scheduling issues, particularly for seasonal launches
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate (ideally in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field) with some hands-on experience in a professional setting
  • A confident communicator who's comfortable working across multiple teams and departments
  • Great organisational and time-management skills – you love planning and keeping things on track
  • Strong analytical thinking and a knack for working with numbers – proficiency in Excel is a big plus
  • A basic understanding or interest in project management or LEAN principles is highly regarded
  • Experience or exposure to the retail industry (including factory or product supply experience) is a bonus
