Lead Employment Services Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our employment services team. As a Site Manager, you will lead, train, and support a team of Employment Coaches and manage day-to-day site operations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive high-performance outcomes.
  • Previous experience in employment, community services or business management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to plan, manage and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets.

Job Requirements:

  1. Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check, National Police Check and Bankruptcy Check.
  2. Have possession of a current valid Driver's License, willingness to drive, and your own registered vehicle with a 4–5-star ANCAP safety rating.
  3. Prepared to work from, or be located at, any SYC site.
  4. Be eligible to work in Australia.
