Director of Service Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Service. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care service, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage teams effectively, and have strong communication skills. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of educators and support staff
  • Roster educators and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between TeamKids and the school community

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Natural leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry
  • Degree in early childhood education or related field
