Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Interior Designer to join our team and lead the design of major health and institutional projects.

  • Lead interior design of major health and institutional projects
  • Oversee all phases from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal architecture teams, consultants, and clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and sector requirements

About You:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in interior design
  • Demonstrated experience in health or public sector projects
  • Strong documentation and space planning skills
  • Proficiency in Revit essential
  • Confident communicator and natural team leader
Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
Requirements
