Your Role We're looking for a talented and self-driven Interior Designer to join our growing team.
You'll contribute to the delivery of exceptional projects across a range of sectors, supporting all stages of design from concept to documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has strong Revit and design documentation skills, and is eager to mentor more junior designers while growing within a supportive and innovative studio.
You'll work across multiple projects, coordinate with consultants and clients, and champion thoughtful, impactful design that reflects Watson Young's values.
This is a full-time position, but we're open to flexibility for the right person.

Your Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate full interior design documentation packages using Revit and relevant software Manage project tasks independently and deliver high-quality work across multiple phases (concept, design development, documentation)Lead material and finishes selections, assist junior team members, and review documentation Liaise with clients and consultants, attend site visits, and participate in meetings and contract admin where needed Maintain design quality and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and internal QA procedures About You A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent tertiary education Proven experience across all design phases, including large and small-scale projects Strong technical and creative skills with proficiency in Revit, In Design, Sketch Up, and Photoshop Ability to manage time across multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and communicate clearly with stakeholders Emotionally intelligent, self-reflective, and resilient under pressure - aligned with Watson Young's core values How to Apply Ready to join our team?
