Interior Design Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior design professional to lead our projects, mentor junior designers, and play a key role in client relationships.
This is a leadership opportunity for a strategic, design-driven individual who enjoys shaping the built environment with a focus on people, place, and performance.
- Project management from early briefing through to delivery.
- Client-facing approach with excellent communication skills.
- Team management and mentoring junior designers.
- Strong portfolio across public, civic, health, education, or workplace sectors.
- Lead major projects, shape public environments, and mentor future design leaders.
- Contribute to projects that have real social impact and purpose.
- Work with a national team of interdisciplinary experts.
- Career development into Associate/Principal pathways.
- Hybrid work model with a focus on wellbeing and flexibility.
- 8-15+ years of experience in interior design or architecture.
- Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit (essential) with strong documentation and delivery experience.
