Join our team at GFG-Alliance as a Condition Monitoring Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing condition monitoring and lubrication programs across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical guidance and support to business units in the implementation of condition monitoring and lubrication programs.
- Develop and maintain condition monitoring and lubrication technologies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with RCM and FMECA to identify opportunities for improving plant reliability, availability, and performance.
- Drive the transition to a modern, integrated asset health reporting system.
- Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold safety standards.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in condition monitoring with a strong focus on vibration analysis.
- Working experience with handheld vibration analysers or similar systems.
- Mechanical Trade qualification and/or reliability engineering background.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with high-level report writing skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to solve complex maintenance problems and a sound understanding of mechanical processes.
