Job Title: Condition Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team at InfraBuild's Steel Manufacturing business unit. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to support the implementation of condition monitoring and lubrication programs across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain condition monitoring and lubrication technologies, processes, and procedures
  • Assist with RCM and FMECA analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, availability, and performance
  • Drive the transition of our current asset health reporting system to a more modern, integrated system
  • Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold safety standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of condition monitoring experience with a strong focus on vibration analysis
  • Working experience with handheld vibration analysers or similar systems
  • Mechanical Trade qualification and/or reliability engineering background
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with high-level report writing skills and computer literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex maintenance problems and a sound understanding of mechanical processes
