We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Myrtle Cottage in SA.
- Implement health-focused service delivery models to older adults with physical and/or cognitive care needs.
- Ensure clients remain engaged and supported in day-to-day tasks, and provide opportunities for offsite community outings.
What You'll Need:
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Certification in Dementia Care, Diversional Therapy or related aged care qualification
- High level of competency and experience in dementia care service delivery and understanding of healthy ageing and person-centred care
