As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for administering credit department-related activities efficiently. You will oversee high-volume collection efforts, ensuring efficient risk management and negotiating payment terms to align with both business and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee high-volume collection efforts for the Food Pillar Customer Base
  • Maintain credit limits and trading terms
  • Coordinate order pool management
  • Resolve disputes effectively and cultivate strong customer relations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within a large, national team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a high-volume Credit Collections environment
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management abilities and self-motivation
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and negotiating favorable business outcomes
