Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to support the smooth functioning of our operational teams. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of our business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with experience in supporting operational teams. You will be responsible for managing production budgets, undertaking administration control, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be required to act as a document controller for our Quality Management System (QMS), including organizing meetings and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for preparing and circulating daily production reports, creating site purchase orders, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Other key responsibilities include managing medicals registers, data gathering, and coordinating training and travel arrangements. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in operations
