The Industrial Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving industrial change management and project work across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop enterprise bargaining plans, manage end-to-end bargaining processes;
- Manage union relationships in accordance with Fair Work Act provisions;
- Draft enterprise agreements aligned with company guidelines and principles, including BOOT assessments;
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for new enterprise agreements, including leading negotiations where necessary.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Employment Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or related business disciplines;
- High-level experience in highly industrialized and unionized environments with multiple Enterprise Agreements covering diverse work groups;
- Demonstrated expertise in providing industrial advice, guidance, and support to senior management;
- Experience in the Fair Work Commission, liaising with unions and strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with emotional intelligence and judgment to communicate effectively.
