About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a National Programs Manager. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing programming for our Ninja Parc Academy classes, as well as implementing practical training for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Work with venues to maximize class timetables
  • Grow Ninja Parc Academy across all venues
  • Execute obstacle resets and ensure quality control
  • Deliver high-quality coaching and customer service

Requirements

  • Ability to deliver high-quality coaching and customer service
  • Strong leadership qualities and a proactive attitude
  • Coaching qualification and current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Driver's License and willingness to travel as required

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in gymnastics, obstacle, or parkour
  • Experience working with children and in customer service
  • Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets
