About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a Project Manager to support government clients in delivering operational activities across portfolios of reform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and implementation of assigned project deliverables.
  • Allocate resources and manage day-to-day project activities.
  • Monitor progress, escalate risks and issues, and ensure transparency.
  • Develop project documentation and reports to required standards.
  • Maintain project governance and scheduling.
  • Engage stakeholders and represent agencies in various forums.
  • Provide analysis on complex issues and contribute to policy and project coordination.
  • Supervise and develop team members, encouraging career growth.
About You

You're a proactive and collaborative leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to public service values.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing similar-sized projects within the past 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies.
  • High-quality written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS SQL, data warehouse modelling, and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across geographically dispersed networks.
  • Analytical skills to drive change and business improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and promote professionalism.
  • Personal integrity and ability to work within legislative and policy frameworks.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Baseline security clearance.
Work Environment

This role is based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements considered. The team operates in a secure and collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on culture and professionalism.
