Operate Machinery and Produce Goods

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team as a key player in our manufacturing process. As a Production Operator, you will operate machinery, produce goods according to specifications, prepare and build loads, and ensure quality inspection and tagging while prioritizing your safety and that of your colleagues.

You will receive comprehensive training and support to learn all aspects of this role and explore future career opportunities within the business.

  • Safely unload goods and materials and verify accuracy of receipt documentation.
  • Operate machinery, plant, and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Pick and pack sales orders in line with order requirements, company procedures, and work plans.
  • Conduct pre-start checks on plant, equipment, and machinery before use.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times.
  • Effectively communicate with other staff to ensure a productive, cost-effective, and safe worksite.
  • Loading vehicles in compliance with Safe Loading Guidelines and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
  • Complete relevant documentation accurately.
