About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Integration Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of the Deep Space Advanced Radar (DARC) capability. This involves the integration of sophisticated radar systems and mission support equipment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform initial Antenna Assembly and Integration
  • Conduct Initial System Integration and Check Out (SI&CO) testing
  • Attend site meetings to support execution planning, risk mitigation development, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally enhanced by mechanical and/or electrical trade qualifications
  • Experience in the construction and commissioning of communications infrastructure
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team, innovative problem-solving skills, and a keen ability to identify and mitigate risks
