Job Title: Production Operator">

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work within our global organization, where you will be responsible for reading, understanding, and performing all production duties in accordance with written procedures, internal standards, and relevant external standards acts and/or regulations.
Responsibilities:
  1. You will work in a safe manner in line with company Occupational Health and Safety and Loss Control policy guidelines and Western Australian Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
  2. Responsible for housekeeping within relevant work areas and ensuring product released for delivery meets documented specifications.
  3. Maintain medical product quality as per Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) / Medsafe requirements.
  4. Minimize product losses during operations.
  5. Ensure the highest possible service standards for both internal and external customers.
  6. Report and discuss any workplace or position-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Formal certification in relevant production activities.
  • At least two years of experience in industrial environments.
  • Willingness to work day, night, and afternoon shifts on a rotational or relief basis if necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand operating procedures, and communicate effectively under test conditions.
  • Understanding of Manual Handling principles.
  • Knowledge of the Dangerous Goods Act implications related to this role.
