Hiring a seasoned Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to drive health, safety and environmental initiatives on large-scale industrial projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft, implement and maintain project-specific HSE management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Lead by example to promote a safe working environment across all project phases.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture through training, engagement and consistent communication.
  • Provide guidance to project leadership on HSE-related matters, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure compliance with local, national and international health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Oversee incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and industry standards.
Skill Set:
  • Possess strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Be proficient in HSE reporting software and tools.
