Centre Management Position

The Centre Manager will oversee the overall performance of a sub-regional shopping centre in Keilor Downs. This role involves working onsite at Keilor Central, responsible for general maintenance, accuracy of lease/tenant information, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient operational management of the centre while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Position and protect the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area.
  • Maintain tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of reviews as per relevant lease provisions.
  • Manage policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements.
  • Analyse and forecast retail performance, monitor all financial transactions, and prepare cash flow budgets.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Retail Property Management within a shopping centre environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to build relationships quickly and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Required qualifications include an open driver's licence and Real Estate Licence.
