Key Role Summary

This is a pivotal fixed-term position within the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Australia. The LOC aims to deliver a successful event that celebrates women's football and multicultural Australia, while also leaving a lasting legacy for football and society.

The Accreditation Manager will play a crucial role in planning and delivering accreditation services and operations across various venues in Australia. This involves close collaboration with safety and security teams to ensure seamless operations and protect sensitive data.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile international sports event.

Core Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver accreditation services and operations across multiple venues in Australia.
  • Manage the client accreditation registration process, ensuring timely delivery of accreditation and access programs.
  • Coordinate with safety and security teams to protect data and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee accreditation centre operations and access control.
  • Develop accreditation manuals, procedures, and operations under guidance.
  • Manage logistics, FFE, and technology for accreditation centres.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, security personnel, and volunteers.
  • Train staff, security personnel, and volunteers on accreditation procedures.
  • Manage AD card delivery and quality assurance.
  • Finalize and display access control requirements and zoning maps.
  • Support in producing and distributing AD cards.
  • Lead accreditation team operations and client processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in accreditation, venue management, or event operations.
  • Knowledge of access management and venue operations.
  • Ability to develop procedures and work in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other IT tools.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and work hours.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
