Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Quality Specialist to join our team.

About The Role

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in tax and quality assurance. As a Tax Quality Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest level of quality in our tax services.

You will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of our quality management system within the tax business, protecting the brand, complying with legislative and professional obligations, and helping tax teams deliver exceptional client service.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the profession's response to significant regulatory change and to drive efficiency through appropriate systems and technology, supporting the firm's growth.

The role requires a high degree of analytical and critical thinking ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Support the identification and analysis of risks and regulatory obligations for the provision of tax services
  • Assist in the design and implementation of responses to regulatory change
  • Monitor and oversee annual reviews and evaluation of tax services as part of the firm's system of quality management
  • Support change management activities and help drive continuous improvement of risk intelligence within the tax business
  • Assist in the review of tax policies, procedures and processes
About You
  • Bachelor of Laws, Accounting, Commerce, Taxation or equivalent experience in tax, accounting, legal or risk management
  • Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in regulatory compliance, change management, policy development and governance
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
