Job Title: Team Director

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to spearhead our retail store in Perth. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving the store's growth, developing a high-performing team, and fostering strong community connections.

This is a unique opportunity to establish a new store from the ground up, with a comprehensive onboarding process that includes a thorough brand immersion and induction three months prior to store opening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement - Develop and execute localised activation plans to create buzz around our brand.
  • Team Development - Collaborate with HR to facilitate group interviews, select and induct a talented team of educators, and embed them into our organisational culture.
  • Marketing Strategy - Build relationships with local partners to drive community engagement and promote our world-class products.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team - Coach and empower your team to embody our values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
