Concession Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, profitable concession sales, and a safe working environment.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Drive an exceptional customer experience within the concession, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products to share knowledge with the team and customers.
  • Achieve sales, profit, and productivity targets through effective coaching and leadership.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN A SUCCESSFUL CONCESSION ROSTER, ENSURING THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS AND TEAM MEMBERS ARE MET.
  • Work collaboratively with other concessions, floor managers, and cluster managers.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  2. Developing and maintaining a successful concession roster that meets the needs of customers and team members.
  3. Working closely with other concessions, floor managers, and cluster managers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest products and sharing knowledge with the team and customers.
  5. Driving sales, profit, and productivity targets through effective coaching and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising experience.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
