- Management Experience: Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
- Team Performance: Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
- Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
