Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Concession Manager to lead our concession locations across Myer nationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve store operations excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage budgets and financial reports, and experience in managing team performance and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to be part of a dynamic retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the team to achieve operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote wellbeing among team members and visitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Communicate the brand strategy to the team, highlighting their role in delivering results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • A passion for fashion and a professional personal presentation.
