Job Title: Retail Concession Manager

We are seeking a customer-focused leader to drive our concession pad's success.

About the Role:
  • Drive a culture that creates memorable and seamless experiences with every interaction.
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar retail fashion role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
