**Introduction**:

**Description**:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving and distributing airline associated rotable stock, ensuring efficient receiving processes, and able to promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies. The Logistics Coordinator will need to have great attention to detail to accurately manage warehousing documentation, and be in good physical condition to lift and move items.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate container handling equipment.
- Responsible for the prompt loading and unloading of bulk productsto the warehouse or on to trucks / vehicles.
- Place, track, trace and check orders, including accurate preparationand receipt of documentation for order processing/receipting.
- Storing, packing and retrieval of goods and materials in accordancewith procedures and/or regulations.
- Picking and checking loads of pallets/bags/cartons/bulk product forcollection.
- Adhering to quarantine/customs rules and regulations.
- Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas.
- Ensure appropriate housekeeping of the work area and a safe workenvironment.
- Perform stocktake.
- Collaborates and communicates with service providers, and othersinvolved in the shipment and receipt of products.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**A bit about you**:

- Experience within the Aviation and/or Logistics/Transport Industry.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety
- A valid driver (Medium or HR) licence
- A current Forklift license
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment - desirable
- High level of personal fitness
- Understanding of the operational requirements of Ground Handling
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety and Manual Handling
- Capable of report writing, in plain and clear English
