The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong and ambitious finance professional to step into a global leadership role with significant visibility.

You will oversee consolidation, reporting, governance, and compliance across nearly 20 entities, managing complex intercompany activity and multi-currency operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a hands-on role in uplifting financial systems and processes, building stronger analytics and dashboards, and mentoring regional finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead consolidation, governance, and financial reporting across global operations
  2. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to senior leaders
  3. Oversee treasury, cashflow management, and intercompany transactions
  4. Manage external audits and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
  5. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across all regions
  6. Enhance systems, reporting, and analytics capability (ERP in place)
  7. Mentor and develop finance teams across different time zones
  8. Partner with senior leaders on investment decisions and growth initiatives

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong Big 4 audit background

Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments; listed exposure highly valued

Strong technical accounting and governance skills, with hands-on consolidation experience

Systems savvy, ideally with ERP and advanced Excel capability

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders across geographies

Pragmatic, collaborative, and resilient leadership style

Well-suited to either an experienced financial controller or a first mover out of Big 4 Audit seeking their first step into industry
