  • Celebrate customer milestones and successes to maintain high motivation levels
  • Collaborate with employers, community organizations, and industry partners to create and maintain employment opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with contractual and organizational requirements
  • Contribute to team discussions, share insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives
