Job Overview

We are seeking a senior product designer to join our team. As a senior product designer, you will be responsible for designing and iterating digital experiences that help users reach their fitness goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design scalable, intuitive interfaces across key customer journey squads.
  • Lead lean research initiatives to reduce UX risks and validate product assumptions.
  • Create UX artefacts such as journey maps, prototypes, and task flows to improve shared understanding.
  • Conduct audits and recommend improvements across registration, onboarding, and engagement flow.
  • Influence the execution of digital experiences to be aligned to agreed UX principles with the business.
  • Build and evolve a scalable design system and UI component library.
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Your toolkit consists of Figma, FigJam, Confluence, JIRA, Maze, Dovetail, HotJar, Heap, and Google Analytics.
