About the Role

Lead a team of designers to craft exceptional travel experiences across hotel accommodations, homes, reviews, content and localization.

  • This role involves developing design strategies for complex initiatives, growing design leaders and driving user-centric design with business objectives in mind.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading through ambiguity, persuading senior leaders around a vision, and using holistic thinking to identify customer experience opportunities with organizational impact.

The Product Design Lead means you have a track record of leading design strategy for complex initiatives and growing design leaders. You will be responsible for managing scope of work for your team, determining how to divide work amongst designers, and leading projects to define and sell a coherent medium to long term vision.
