Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake initial site assessments to determine project scope and requirements
  • Prepare detailed building reports to inform estimating decisions
  • Develop scopes of works and estimate material, trade, and labour costs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Carpentry or Plumbing is essential
  • Local trade base across the mid-North Coast is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary

  • Current driver's license is required
