About the Role

As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that public facility environments are clean, safe, and welcoming.

You will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks within designated public amenities, carrying out minor building repairs, painting limited amounts of graffiti vandalism, and notifying and reporting on works requiring attention.

You will work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve the best results. A proactive approach and strong attention to detail are essential traits for success in this position.

This role requires providing quality customer service and creating value for the community. To be successful, you will need a current Class C Driver's License, a valid Construction General Induction Card - NSW Work Cover or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring all public facilities are clean and well-maintained
  2. Responding to graffiti incidents and painting affected areas
  3. Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to management
  4. Providing excellent customer service to the public
