Senior Finance Executive

The Senior Finance Executive will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the organisation, serving as the key financial advisor to the CEO and Board. This senior role will be responsible for elevating financial literacy across the organisation, integrating technology to improve data capture and achieve efficiency gains, and leading a dedicated finance team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial and political acumen, superior communication and negotiation skills, stakeholder management capacity, and leadership ability. A contemporary finance executive with demonstrated capability to guide the organisation through financial transformational change is required.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate warmth, empathy, integrity, strategic insight, and credibility to identify, inspire, and activate positive change within the organisation. With frequent travel expected, the Senior Finance Executive can be based in either Mildura, Adelaide, or Melbourne.
