Executive Director of Strategic Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Board as a Director, driving business and digital transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's future.
About the Role:- Transformation experience, especially at senior management level, overseeing and guiding large-scale change initiatives;
- Strategic people and culture expertise, with a proven track record of leading workforce and volunteer management models in complex organisations;
- Strong economic acumen, including knowledge of capital markets and a demonstrated understanding of the value of engineering in the Australian economy.
In addition to the above skills and experience, the following personal qualities are essential: leadership, integrity, curiosity, interpersonal and communication skills, passion and enthusiasm, instinct, and a strong network of senior-level contacts.
