  • Working closely with our National Safety Manager, you will help to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a healthy workforce.">
  • You will provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on occupational health issues, including injury management and worker wellness.">

Conducting workplace assessments to identify potential hazards and develop solutions to mitigate risks.">Developing and implementing Occupational Health Surveillance programs.">Providing medical screening services, including pre-employment and periodic examinations.">Managing relationships with medical and rehabilitation service providers.">Coordinating regular doctor's clinics and providing direct support to retained company healthcare professionals.">">

Registered Allied Health Professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist).">Current registration with relevant professional association.">Demonstrated experience in occupational health services, preferably in industry or manufacturing settings.">Ability to conduct occupational health screenings and audiometry tests.">Knowledge of workplace assessment and ergonomic principles.">">
